What is the service process we can provide?

I. Core Product Supply Service

1. Custom Processing Based on Drawings

The customer provides local greenhouse design drawings (or you provide a standard solution based on common greenhouse types), and we process according to the drawings:

Cutting, drilling, shortening, grooving, and bending of steel pipes/square pipes/round pipes/irregularly shaped pipes to specified lengths.

Welding into components such as "arches," "trusses," "columns," "water tanks," and "connectors."

We can accept processing based on provided drawings or provide our own standard product catalog for customers to choose from.

2. Surface Treatment Services

Hot-dip galvanizing: The most common anti-corrosion process for greenhouse steel structure components, conforming to international standards (such as ISO 1461), suitable for long-term outdoor use.

Galvanizing + Powder Coating: Color powder coating is available for some high-end markets or specific components (such as connectors).

Pre-galvanized Pipes: If the customer's local processing capacity is limited, pre-galvanized finished pipes can be supplied directly.

3. Packaging and Shipping Optimization

Addressing the characteristics of steel structural components—heavy, easily deformed, and prone to corrosion during sea transport—we offer:

Tight bundling, steel strapping reinforcement, and rust-proof paper/oil film wrapping.

Optimized packaging according to container dimensions (20GP/40HQ) to reduce sea freight costs.

Large items can be transported by bulk carrier or flat rack container.

II. Technical Services and Documentation Support

1. Technical Documentation Package

Providing product drawings, parts lists, and installation diagrams/exploded views to facilitate local team assembly.

Providing installation guidance manuals (text + pictures, with optional simple videos) to reduce on-site construction difficulties.

Providing load calculation sheets (wind load, snow load) as supplementary information to enhance professional credibility.

2. Selection Recommendations

Based on the climate conditions of the customer's region (e.g., maximum wind speed, snow pressure, whether it is a coastal corrosive environment), we recommend suitable pipe specifications (wall thickness, pipe diameter, galvanized layer thickness) and structural forms (single/multi-span, arch height/span).

3. Sample Services

We provide small-sized samples (such as a section of galvanized pipe or a connector) for customers to test wall thickness, galvanization layer, processing precision, etc.

III. Trade Facilitation Services

1. Export Documents and Certifications

We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin (FORM E, CO, etc. can be processed to help customers clear customs and reduce tariffs).

We can provide material reports, galvanization test reports, and third-party testing (such as SGS, BV) upon customer request.

We understand the anti-dumping/anti-subsidy policies of target countries for Chinese steel products (such as the EU, the US, India, Turkey, etc.), inform customers of the risks in advance, and suggest trade terms (such as CIF or FOB).

2. Flexible Trade Terms

We support FOB (major Chinese ports such as Tianjin, Shanghai, Qingdao, Ningbo, etc.), CIF, CFR, EXW, etc.

We can assist customers in connecting with freight forwarders, and can also use freight forwarders designated by the customer.

3. Small Batch Mixed Order Service

This service allows customers to mix pipes of different specifications and different accessories in one container, lowering the barrier to entry for first-time customers.
